When you are in Italy the number1 coffee drink is probably the espresso.A real espresso is only 1 ounce of strong coffee roast(50% Robusta). Then you can have either espresso "short shot" (Ristretto) 3/4 ounce of espresso in an extraction( very strong). The next kind of espresso is a " long shot" 1.5 ounce shot. Last kind of espresso is the " double shot" ( 2 ounce shot of espresso).l prefer this kind of coffee.
